Cezanne's Provence - A long journey to abstraction

Cezanne, like so many artists, made it a daily effort to find his ultimate means of expression with each new work. As Barbara Ireland of the New York Times demonstrates, Cezanne's abstract interpretations of his Provence countryside share a glimps to the passion that kept Paul returning to the same theme in a pursuit for the "right" and his ultimate form of expression.

Performers hang with Schlossberg-Cohen


Jay Wolf Schlossberg-Cohen's inspiration for personal, public and corporate collections has been known for sometime, nationally and internationally. Besides his painting, "Clinton playing the Saxophone", which hung in the Clinton White House and is now in the Clinton Presidential Library, other performers (pianists, musicians, dancers, conductors) around the world find great areas to include his works. The Lotte-Lehmann-Woche group in Germany found a perfect location for above their piano - and right in view for this photograph.
