Clayton Lane: sold to OliverMcMillan seen as a positive
According to“Clayton Lane in Cherry Creek sold for $170 million to San Diego-based OliverMcMillan. Clayton Lane site, at University and 1st, is to be redeveloped into walkable, mixed-use community.”
The project will be another needed improvement to Denver’s premier shopping neighborhood. While the existing tenants include Whole Foods, Crate and Barrel and Wells Fargo, the addition of a more progressive footprint should re-energize the neighborhood with increased opportunities for residential and more ideal omni-channel oriented retail.
